Robert Clagg Bio

Robert Clagg counsels clients on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance and strategic corporate counseling. Bob has represented companies in a wide range of industries, including financial services, health care, insurance and manufacturing. While in law school, he served as a managing editor of the Emory Law Journal.
