Nicholas Azis Bio

Nicholas Azis is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who advises a broad range of publicly owned and privately held clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions, principally in the commodities, energy, technology and manufacturing sectors. He has significant experience in corporate reorganisations and provides day to day corporate counsel to his clients on the application of UK regulation such as the Bribery Act, Criminal Finances Act and Modern Slavery Act on commercial activities in the UK. He also acts as a deputy General Counsel for the firm.
