Lindsey Reighard Bio

Lindsey Reighard represents private and public companies and private equity sponsors in connection with a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate carve-outs, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures, debt and equity investments, equity restructurings and recapitalizations. She also advises clients regularly on general corporate and corporate governance matters. Lindsey routinely works with clients in a variety of industries, including technology, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, real estate, healthcare and manufacturing. Lindsey is a member, and past chair, of the Firm’s Dallas Pro Bono & Community Service Committee and is a member of the Firm’s Gender Diversity Committee.
