Gregg Fierman Bio

Gregg Fierman focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and business law, real estate and finance transactions. Gregg’s transactional experience includes the structuring and preparation of documentation for a variety of business matters such as asset acquisitions and sales, lending, and borrowing for acquisitions and construction contracts. He has extensive experience with real estate leasing activities, permanent financings and refinancings, and loan workouts. In addition, Gregg is an authorized title examiner and agent for various nationally recognized title insurance companies. While in law school, he served as a member of the Law Review.
