Felix Ganzer Bio

Felix Ganzer advises issuers, private equity investors and investment banks on IPOs (including dual track transactions, SPACs and de-SPACs), rights offerings and block trades. His practice encompasses the full range of capital markets compliance matters (e.g., ad-hoc publicity, insider trading, and managers’ transactions). Felix also has extensive experience in public takeovers (including exchange offers and cross-border deals) as well as private M&A transactions. In addition, he regularly advises on a wide range of complex corporate law and corporate governance topics, including in connection with shareholders’ meetings. Furthermore, he has authored numerous articles and other publications regarding capital markets and corporate law. Prior to joining McDermott, Felix was a counsel and senior associate, respectively, with two other leading law firms in Frankfurt and London
