William Hutchens focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters. He represents private equity sponsors and public and private companies in connection with domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, direct investments, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations and similar transactions. Billy also regularly advises on various general corporate matters, including organizational matters, corporate governance, equity incentive matters and commercial contracts. Billy’s transaction experience spans a variety of industries, including information technology and software, healthcare services and physician practice management, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, insurance, food and beverage, retail products, waste management, chemicals, business services, manufacturing, mining and industrial supply.
