Thaddeus Chase represents clients in a wide range of corporate matters, mainly regarding buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies. His experience includes advising clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology and consumer products, with respect to mergers and acquisitions, internal restructurings, divestitures, corporate carve-outs, debt and equity investments, securities offerings and other general corporate governance matters. Thaddeus also provides pro bono services for various nonprofit organizations, including formation of new 501(c)(3) entities.
