Dr. Maximilian Clostermeyer advises a wide range of corporate clients and institutional investors on real estate matters. He has significant experience in large portfolio transactions as well as transactions regarding major single assets by way of share deals, asset deals, or joint venture structures in all asset classes. He also advises clients on all other aspects of real estate law including project development advice. Furthermore, his practice includes corporate law work, especially in connection with M&A transactions.
