Volker Junge Bio

Volker Junge advises clients on all aspects of tax law, specifically on structuring, financing and implementation of tax-efficient national and international M&A, private equity, and real estate transactions, as well as on corporate reorganizations and rehabilitations. He also has experience with capital markets transactions and innovative financial products and advises on tax disputes, tax risk insurance products, and employee and management participation programs. In addition to being qualified as a lawyer, Volker is also a certified tax consultant. He is the author of various tax publications.
