Drawing from deep experience as in-house counsel to publicly traded global manufacturing companies, Marjorie helps clients with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, capital raising and corporate restructuring initiatives, and managing critical litigation. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Marjorie rebuilt and led a global legal staff at Chrysler Group, LLC following its emergence from bankruptcy, and was appointed as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. She also facilitated Chrysler's integration into the Fiat Group, after which it became Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, N.V. Clients served by Marjorie include Mitsubishi and Foxtron.
