Admitted to the Paris Bar, Guillaume Kuperfils is the office practice leader of the Paris Corporate & Securities department and also co-leads Mayer Brown's global Private Equity industry group. He previously served on Mayer Brown's Partnership Board (2015-2021). Guillaume advises major private equity funds and investment companies, as well as industrial and service groups, on asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and corporate governance issues, frequently with a cross-border dimension. He also has extensive experience in the acquisition of stakes in listed companies by private owned groups (P to P's, PIPEs) For over 20 years, Guillaume has been regularly recognized by the most prestigious international law firm rankings, particularly Chambers and Legal 500, as a leading individual in France in the areas of M&A and private equity: "He combines very strong technical skill with a good commercial sense.
