Craig Frame Bio

Craig Frame is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practices. Craig represents private equity and strategic buyers and sellers in leveraged acquisitions, strategic mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, and represents issuers, institutional investors, and investment banks in debt and equity offerings, restructurings, and other financing transactions. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance and structure, securities law compliance, and other strategic matters. Craig represents clients across a broad range of industries, including technology and biotechnology; medical devices and services; food, beverage and agribusiness; manufacturing; and energy and natural resources.
