Cindy Kao is a partner of Mayer Brown in the Corporate and Securities team based in Hong Kong. She specialises in international securities offerings, initial public offerings and private equity investments (both debt and equity). Cindy advises underwriters and issuers with respect to securities offerings in major securities markets. Her clients include leading international investment banks and companies throughout Asia, including the PRC, Taiwan, Singapore and India. She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
