Aideen Brennan counsels clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments and early- and late-stage minority investments. She regularly represents private equity sponsors, family offices and strategics on their investments in the financial services, life sciences, media, telecommunications and technology sectors, with a particular emphasis on artificial intelligence, supercomputing, and digital infrastructure.
