Bio

Shane Lanham is a part of the Commercial Real Estate & Banking Group of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. He focuses a significant amount of his practice advising property owners and developers on land use and zoning matters, as well as representing buyers and sellers in regards to commercial real estate transactions in Georgia. Mr. Lanham also represents landlords and tenants in regards to drafting and negotiating commercial leases. Prior to joining MPT, Mr. Lanham worked with law firms in the metropolitan Atlanta area, where he assisted clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Lanham received his undergraduate degree in English from the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Georgia, where he focused on Southern literature. He received his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Samford's Brock School of Business. Mr. Lanham and his family reside in Forsyth County, Georgia.
