Marco Toni Bio

Marco Toni is a partner and heads the Corporate / M&A practice group in the Zurich office. He advises corporate, private equity and investment banking clients on international and domestic M&A transactions (private and public), as well as on corporate governance and general corporate law matters. Marco is an Authorized Issuers’ Representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange. His clients include multinational enterprises and international private equity funds particularly active in the technology, healthcare life sciences, energy & infrastructure, food and beverage and industrial sectors. He also regularly advises boards of directors on corporate governance topics and ESG related matters. Marco regularly speaks on M&A and corporate governance topics. He is actively involved with the American Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
