Michael Reinhardt Bio

Michael Reinhardt represents public and private corporations and financial sponsors on complex merger and acquisitions, finance and other corporate matters. Michael draws on a wealth of knowledge, extensive experience and business judgment to help clients accomplish their objectives. Michael has long-lasting relationships with clients who often look to him as their trusted advisor over the course of multiple transactions. He is a “hands-on” lawyer who prides himself on always being available for his clients. Michael’s practice has a particular emphasis on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Such representation includes platform acquisitions, bolt-on acquisitions, exit transactions, equity and debt financings, management incentive arrangements and general corporate matters. During the course of his career, Michael has counseled clients in a wide range of industries including life sciences, manufacturing and industrial, consumer and retail, technology and telecommunications. Michael is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and immediately following graduation served as a law clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
