Kate Basmagian is a partner in the Capital Markets & Securities Group and Chair of the firm’s ESG practice. She has extensive experience advising public companies and their Boards of Directors on securities regulation and compliance, capital raising transactions and corporate governance and ESG matters. She has represented both issuers and underwriters in public offerings spanning multiple industries. Kate leverages the experience she gained at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and PepsiCo, Inc. to help offer practical, business-oriented solutions to her clients.
