Specializing in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, John Hogoboom has represented buyers, sellers, issuers, underwriters and investors in hundreds of transactions over his more than 35 years of practice. He has represented public and private clients in all types of transactions including IPOs, public and private domestic and cross-border offerings and public and private acquisitions in a wide range of industries including business services, consumer products, technology, life sciences, chemical, renewables, media and natural resources.
