Annie Nazarian Davydov has a wide-ranging corporate practice, with extensive M&A experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, and carve-out transactions. She also advises both public and private companies on general corporate governance matters. Her clients include strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity firms, across a diverse range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, consumer products, and cosmetics. Her clients look to her to resolve their complex problems in a direct manner and herald her as someone with excellent negotiation skills who can cut through to the heart of both the legal and business issues to get the deal done.
