Thomas Jefferson counsels private equity investors along with private companies and family offices in mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions, many of which are international in scope. Jeff works hard to understand his clients' businesses, their objectives and the markets in which they compete. Jeff is Co-Chair of Locke Lord's International Transactions Practice Group, Co-Managing Partner of the Providence office and a key contact partner with The World Law Group.
