Nicholas Jennings advises on a wide range of UK and international M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, joint venture and corporate finance transactions as well as general corporate counselling. He also has significant experience of M&A, joint ventures and other transactional work in the Middle East, having practised corporate law in the UAE for over two years prior to joining the Firm.
