John McKnight focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including public offerings, venture capital/private equity financings, acquisitions, sales and restructurings. He has extensive experience in the representation of publicly held companies as well as counseling boards of directors and their various committees. John advises clients in a number of industries, including health care, technology, energy, financial services and hospitality.
