David Wilhelm Bio

David Wilhelm focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, with a specific emphasis on energy and infrastructure. He has vast experience in midstream deals as well as in negotiating commercial and M&A transaction agreements. David returned to the Firm in 2022 after serving as Vice President, Business Development for Navitas Midstream Partners. He was also Assistant General Counsel for Kinder Morgan, and he served as an Associate at the Firm from 2006-2011.
