Wouter Helder Bio

Wouter Helder specializes in corporate law, M&A and private equity transactions. He also advises on fund structuring and management buy-outs. His clients include corporates, national and international private equity funds, family offices, management teams and large family businesses. Wouter guest lectures on the M&A process, corporate structures and joint ventures. Wouter has been with Lexence since 2000 and became a partner in 2008. He received a master’s degree in Dutch law from University of Amsterdam in 1999 and completed a MBA (mini) strategic management at the Erasmus University in 2014. Between 2018 and 2021 he was member of the management board of Lexence.
