Wouter Bright Bio

Wouter Bright Helder specializes in acquisitions and private equity transactions. He also advises on setting up (fund) structures and supervises MBOs and MBIs. Wouter acts for (inter)national investment companies, strategic parties, management teams and DGAs. Wouter was a member of the executive board of Lexence from 2018 to 2021. Wouter holds various guest lectureships in the field of the takeover process and forms of business and cooperation. Wouter has been associated with Lexence since 2000 and has been a partner since 2008.
