Peter Van Dijk Bio

Pieter Van Dijk has been providing legal assistance to companies in the retail, entertainment, food and technology sectors for many years. He specializes in commercial contracts, partnerships and joint ventures. Pieter advises Dutch and foreign companies, ranging from SMEs to multinationals. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he fulfills management and supervisory positions at companies and organizations. Pieter studied Dutch law at Utrecht University and followed the post-academic specialization course in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions at Erasmus University. Pieter was sworn in as a lawyer in 1995 and has been associated with Lexence since 2011.
