Joost Kolkman Bio

Joost Kolkman specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and partnerships. He acts for national and international companies, funds, investors and management teams. Joost regularly lectures on corporate law and partnerships, including at the Centre for Postgraduate Education, part of Radboud University Nijmegen. Joost has been associated with Lexence since 2014. He studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam. He was sworn in as a lawyer in 2002.
