Joost Houtman Bio

Joost Houtman specializes in corporate and business law and banking and securities law. He has vast experience in M&A, leasing and information technology. Joost advises organizations and shareholders active in manufacturing, information and communications technology and the hotel business. Joost is a member of the European board of Meritas Law Firms Worldwide. Joost has been with Lexence since 1997. He studied law at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and obtained his LL.M. at London School of Economics, U.K. Joost was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 1990.
