Iris Hoekstra Bio

Iris Hoekstra advises Dutch and international companies in a wide range of corporate law matters, including private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers & acquisitions and management buyouts and buy-ins. Iris completed the M&A course at the VU Amsterdam cum laude in 2021. Iris has been with Lexence since 2014. She studied law at Leiden University, where she received a master’s degree in corporate law. Iris was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2014.
