Henry Bennebroek Gravenhorst Bio

Hendrik Bennebroek Gravenhorst has extensive experience in notarial aspects of corporate law, with a special focus on setting up corporate structures and associated governance. He also advises on demergers, (cross-border) restructurings, conversions, private equity structures and often assists with M&A transactions. Hendrik regularly publishes and speaks about shareholder agreements, the new Management & Supervision of Legal Entities Act and UBO register. Hendrik has been associated with Lexence since 2016. He completed his studies in Notarial Law at the University of Groningen in 1997 and was appointed notary in Amsterdam in 2011.
