Hendrik Bennebroek Gravenhorst Bio

Hendrik Bennebroek Gravenhorst has extensive experience in the notarial aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on setting up corporate structures and associated governance. He also advises on demergers, (cross-border) restructuring, conversions of legal entities, private equity structures and often assists with M&A transactions. Hendrik regularly publishes and speaks about shareholder agreements, the new Management & Supervision of Legal Entities Act and the UBO register. Hendrik has been with Lexence since 2016. He completed his studies in Notarial Law at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in 1997 and was appointed as a civil law notary in Amsterdam in 2011.
