Diederick De Boer Bio

Diederick De Boer specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. He advises on a wide range of corporate law aspects. Diederick has been associated with Lexence since 2005. He studied International Business Transactions and Law at the Amsterdam Nyenrode Law School and Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam. Diederick was sworn in as a lawyer in 2005.
