John Bodnar is a highly respected corporate advisor and department leader, known for his deep experience in mergers and acquisitions and his strategic counsel to companies across industries. John serves as Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Department at Lewis Rice. He represents public companies, and large and middle-market private companies located across the country and operating in a wide range of industries. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, where he provides strategic guidance and transactional support to clients navigating complex business decisions. John formerly taught mergers and acquisitions as an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law, sharing his practical insights and legal expertise with future attorneys.
