Emily serves as Practice Group Leader for the Design & Luxury practice group at Lewis Rice. A seasoned attorney, Emily provides comprehensive legal services to creative businesses across industries such as fashion, beauty, entertainment, technology, and manufacturing. She is a trusted advisor to her clients, working closely with them on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. Her work includes drafting and negotiating contracts, developing and refining statements of work, reviewing both mission-critical and routine agreements, and advising on intellectual property rights. Emily also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, guiding clients through pre-transaction planning, equity transitions, asset transfers, and post-closing obligations. In her public finance practice, Emily represents underwriters and issuers in connection with municipal bond financing, both within Missouri and in other jurisdictions.
