Dale Schedler has more than 30 years of experience in designing and implementing tax-efficient property transactions and pass-through ownership structures to achieve clients' goals. Dale also has extensive experience in implementing and monitoring multi-tiered organizational structures to achieve client and family business goals through mergers, acquisitions, and spinoffs of development, manufacturing, farming, and family businesses. He is also experienced in designing and implementing business succession planning and "special purpose entities" for specialized financing structures. Dale's legal and accounting background gives him a unique view of the client's needs in complex business transactions. Dale received the Missouri Bar President's Award for his efforts with respect to the Missouri Limited Liability Company Act. He is a member of the Missouri, Kansas, and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Associations. Dale is a former adjunct professor of law at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, teaching taxation of property transactions and corporate reorganizations. In addition, he is a Founding Fellow of the American College LLCs and Partnerships.
