Bobby Taylor Bio

Bobby Taylor advises clients on a wide range of tax and business matters, helping them navigate entity formation, corporate transactions, and long-term planning strategies. Bobby is a member practicing tax and business transactional law in the Corporate and Tax Departments of the Kansas City office of Lewis Rice. Bobby focuses his practice in the areas of business law, corporate law, and taxation issues. He assists clients with business formation, choice of entity decisions, contracts, tax planning, succession planning, and general corporate needs. In law school, Bobby served on the UMKC Law Review all journal staff, as the director of the Transaction Lawyering Skills Board, as an Emissary for the law school, completed the school's Pro Bono Honors Program, and competed on two of the school's competition teams for corporate transaction law. Bobby is married, and he and his wife have four young children.
