Andie Patton brings strategic clarity and transactional precision to corporate clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory complexities, with a distinct focus on the alcohol distribution industry. Andie serves as a leader of the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice Group at Lewis Rice. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and restructuring, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on transactions in the alcohol distribution industry. Andie regularly guides clients through the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, helping them define business objectives, conduct due diligence, and negotiate and finalize definitive deal documents. She supports the successful closing of dozens of transactions each year, with deal values typically ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of dollars. In addition to transactional work, Andie provides ongoing counsel to corporate clients on governance and compliance matters, drawing on her experience across industries and deal structures. Her work is informed by a deep understanding of the strategic and operational challenges companies face during periods of growth and transition.
