Todd Gleason Bio

Todd Gleason is an experienced corporate attorney who advises strategic buyers and sellers and private equity and growth equity firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, governance matters, and other strategic corporate and commercial transactions. Todd draws on his extensive experience to provide clients with pragmatic solutions to many of their most sophisticated legal challenges. Todd is a member of the American Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He also serves as a committee member of the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors (New England).
