Stephen Ranere Bio

Stephen Ranere represents technology and life sciences companies, from startup through IPO and beyond. Steve also advises venture capital and private equity firms involved in the technology, life sciences, and other growth industries. He marshals the resources across Latham’s robust global platform to craft solutions for clients at any stage of corporate development. A recognized leader within the firm, Steve serves on the Digital Health Task Force and was previously on the firm’s Associates Committee. He maintains an active pro bono practice, including participating in legal workshops for small-business owners in underserved communities.
