Stefano Sciolla Bio

Stefano Sciolla is the Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins' Milan office and Global Vice Chair of the firm's M&A and Private Equity Practice. He is a member of the firm's Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Industry Group core team. He regularly advises Italian and international clients in cross-border corporate transactions. He also has considerable experience in the aerospace and defense business, as well as in the energy sector.
