Ryan Lynch Bio

Ryan Lynch serves as Chair of the firm’s Houston Corporate Department. Ryan represents clients across all aspects of life as a public company. He advises companies, boards of directors, and senior management across industries on strategic corporate transactions. Ryan has particular experience representing foreign private issuers (FPIs) in cross-border M&A and accessing the US capital markets. A versatile corporate lawyer, Ryan forges long-term relationships with clients to advance their business objectives and drive transformative transactions to successful close. Ryan formerly served on the firm’s Recruiting Committee, Associates Committee and Pro Bono Committee.
