Nick Dhesi is the Managing Partner of the Houston office. He represents clients on strategic M&A transactions, initial public offerings, and structured investments. Nick was named a finalist for the Texas Dealmaker of the Year in 2024 by Law.com. Nick leverages deep, cross-disciplinary experience and creativity to lead strategic transactions. He combines seasoned deal leadership experience with a deep understanding of transaction dynamics to achieve results for his clients. Nationally recognized as a thought leader, Nick regularly speaks at conferences and webcasts, as well as with leading media outlets. He also serves on the advisory boards of Institute for Energy Law and the Houston chapter of the Texas General Counsel Forum.
