Neil Campbell advises clients on complex cross-border private equity and M&A transactions. He draws on over 10 years of experience acting for large private equity houses on their most significant deals. Neil has been named in Legal Week’s 40 Under 40: The Rising Stars in Private Equity, a ranking of the “best up-and-coming private practice lawyers in UK and European private equity”.
