Nathaniel Amory Bio

Nate Amory represents middle market private equity sponsors, as well as their portfolio companies, in a range of transactions and general corporate matters. Drawing on his strong network of investor and corporate relationships, Nate provides strategic and creative legal counsel to clients doing business in Boston and around the country. He regularly advises founders, investors, and acquirers in public and private acquisition and sale transactions. Natebrings particular experience in a number of Boston’s fastest-growing industries, including retail and retail services, technology, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and healthcare and life sciences. Nate also regularly advises on pro bono matters. His work includes serving as outside counsel to Minds Matter, a nonprofit organization that helps prepare motivated, low-income high school students for college.
