Lucas Schweitzer Bio

Dr. Lucas Schweitzer is a partner in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins' Düsseldorf office. He has considerable experience in handling domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate law matters. Lucas is particularly experienced in private and public M&A transactions as well as corporate law matters. He also regularly advises on reorganizations and aspects of capital markets law. Prior to joining Latham, he worked for another major international law firm in the corporate/M&A departments in Düsseldorf and Hamburg.
