Lewis Kneib Bio

Lewis Kneib, Co-Chair of the firm’s REITs Industry Group, focuses on corporate finance and company representation. Lewis is particularly skilled with transactions in the real estate, hospitality, gaming, and alternative asset management industries. He previously served as Co-Chair of the firm’s Los Angeles and Century City Corporate Department. Prior to joining Latham in 2007, Lewis served as a law clerk to Judge John M. Walker, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Paul J. Kelly, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Prior to attending law school, Lewis was a Certified Public Accountant in the assurance practice of KPMG LLP.
