Hans leverages trusted industry relationships and strategic client-team collaboration across Latham’s robust platform to transcend transactional impasses and negotiate successful outcomes for clients. In his leadership role at Latham, Hans dedicated significant time to mentoring junior colleagues and bolstering the firm’s robust Corporate Department through strategic growth opportunities. Before serving as Vice Chair of the Corporate Department, he spent eight years as Managing Partner of the Boston office, during which he expanded office headcount from 30 lawyers to more than 140.
