Ji Liu Bio

Ji Liu advises clients on all aspects of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on debt and equity capital markets transactions. He serves as a trusted advisor to longtime clients and connects them with the resources they need across Latham’s robust global platform to achieve their commercial objectives. A recognized leader at the firm, Ji previously served on the firm’s Strategic Client Committee and acted as Regional Chair of Latham & Watkins’ Corporate Department in Asia. As a ​strong believer in education, Ji currently serves on the Board of Visitors at Columbia College in New York City.
