Harrison White advises private equity firms and strategics on transactional insurance policies and claims. He has a keen sense of market terms and trends and regularly represents clients in claims recovery matters. His recovery work informs his transactional work, by providing insight into negotiations and the pressure points for claims, and by improving client representations in transactional documents. Harrison has served on Latham’s Pro Bono Committee, and maintains an active pro bono practice working in the areas of marginalized communities. He took on a key role in the high-profile matter Stockman v. Trump, the national impact litigation challenging the ban on transgender military service. Prior to joining Latham, Harrison worked with not-for-profits and public agencies including South County Outreach, Covenant House New York, the Orange County Public Defender, and the Legal Aid Society of New York.
